Every class is a little different and the music is awesome! I am starting to see my abs again and getting some definition in my arms and legs! Yay! I feel SO accomplished at the end of every class. The workout will help you meet your fitness goals. I am still a beginner but the trainers are always there encouraging yet allowing modification! So instead of plodding along on the treadmill, try these drills from fitness expert and certified kickboxing instructor Jessica Smith to burn calories and work your arms, abs, shoulders, back, and legs at the same time. Yes - I was "sucking wind" but enjoyed the variety of what I was doing and have now been going for about 2 months.
